We are looking for Customer Service/Inside Sales Support for Service Partners East in Ashland, Virginia.
The ideal Inside Sales candidate is a strong multi-tasker that thrives in a fast paced environment, has strong time management skills and the ability to solve challenges quickly. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of customer service & sales support: answering phones, counter sales, proactively reaching out to customers, working with outside sales, maintaining pricing and running sales reports. Computer skills are a must for this position.
Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer order support for Service Partners' customer base.
Process and review dealer orders and requests and system generated acknowledgements and orders.
Communicate professionally with Service Partners customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with Outside Sales Representatives, Production personnel, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery.


Required
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years experience in customer service utilizing an enterprise system, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Previous sales and/or customer service preferred.
Strong computer skills

Education/Licenses:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required, some college preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
