Geotechnical Staff Engineer

As a Staff Engineer, you will collaborate with our knowledgeable geotechnical and materials testing/inspections departments and assist us with a wide variety of projects.
Some of these duties may include but are not limited to test boring/test pit observations, laboratory analysis, and preparation of geotechnical reports/calculation.
Other functions include field observation, testing, sampling and review of soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, fireproofing, and structural steel placement.
Preferred
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate preferred.
Familiarity with geotechnical software (ie, GeoSystems, Gint, L-Pile, MSEW, etc.
)Requirements:
Ability to move up to 60-80 pounds (soil and concrete samples, nuclear gauges, etc.
)Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with reliable vehicle.
Participation in a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
