The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, assisting with various administrative tasks, Real Estate transaction activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of our business.
Compensation:
$43,000 - $57,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for high-level executive Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes Perform basic bookkeeping duties Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
Qualifications:
