We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to assist in our customer orders, invoicing, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers by phone and email Process fuel orders sent via email and over the phone Respond promptly to customer inquiries Troubleshoot customer issues and direct calls when needed Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and communicate customer complaints to Sales Team Assist customers with fuel card issues and locating fueling stations Receive credit card payments & submit payment information to Credit Department Update customer account information in DM2 -- i.

phone numbers, billing contact information, tank size and delivery information Assist with customer retention including customer check ins, events and questionnaires Working with the billing department Confirming dispatched orders Working Hours:
Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm, with an hour lunch
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or customer relations position Experience in dispatch or related operational role
Qualifications:
Ability to interact with internal and external partners Strong analytical and organizational skills Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills JRP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
