Summary:
As a Light Industrial Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various light industrial positions.
You will collaborate closely with our area managers, regional managers, and candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Additionally, you will partner with the area manager and regional manager to ensure the new hires are being used on jobs, and that they are progressing their careers through our training matrix.
Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial positions as well as for crossover positions Utilize various recruitment techniques, job boards, networking, community events and referrals Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure successful placements Develop and maintain strong business relationships with candidates, providing exceptional customer service Requirements:

years of experience in a full cycle high volume recruiting role required Experience in making timely and accurate hiring decisions including the identification, qualification, and selection of candidates The ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals both internally and externally is essential Must be innovative in their approach and be able to operate successfully in ambiguous situations Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment, and prioritize are necessary.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required Strong time management and communication skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, job boards, and applicant tracking systems Act with a strong sense of urgency Act as a career path coach to new hires Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
