Manage full-service account inquiries, responding promptly through various channels such as calls, emails, live chat, and social media, covering product details, pricing, availability, and shipping information.
Provide solutions to meet customer needs, specialising in the identification of suitable replacement parts for fire sprinkler systems.
Drive sales by following up on quotes, providing backorder updates, and efficiently processing orders.
Address post-sale issues, including tracking and returns, in adherence to company policies and standards.
Populate the company Knowledge Base with recorded FAQs and maintain detailed notes in customer tickets.
Track and report on customer satisfaction and ticket metrics.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer support experience, with a preference for candidates with 2
years of fire protection experience.
Exceptional communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Naturally empathetic to customers in need.
Goal-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of effective problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel to and from Ashland, VA 23005; this is not a remote/hybrid position.
Thriving in a multitasking environment with time constraints, successful in achieving targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Tech-savvy, and at ease with phones, ticketing platforms, and live chat.
