Driving operational efficiency Optimization of our service schedule Handles customer service inquiries and communication Generates and tracks invoices, payments and accounts receivable.
Electronic filing and organizing of records, and documents.
Managing and reporting on company data Required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree Experience as an office assistant or similar field.
Friendly, service-oriented personality Superb written and communication skills Keen attention to detail Valid driver's license Preferred Skills:
General working knowledge of property, moving, hospitality and/or construction industry.
Experience using CRM tool and process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
