FIX-IT(TM) Full-Time Customer Care Representative Full-Time $15-$18/hour based on experience We are looking for the BEST of the BEST to join our Elite Team.
MR.
FIX-IT(TM) is an award-winning remodeling contractor helping homeowners improve their homes in the Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Tidewater area for over 54 years.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Welcome call to review projects with customers, ensure proper products are included in the contract, schedule an installation date, and review quality expectations with customers.
Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency.
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding orders, status requests, scheduling, billing, and warranties.
Management of client balances including client inquiries, collections, processing finance plans, and applying payments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be well-spoken and able to effectively communicate with customers over the phone and through email Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry Construction contract experience preferred Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented-Ability to pay attention to minute details of a project or task.
Physical Requirements:
Extended periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer.
Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Schedule:
Shift schedule until 7pm 4 days per week and Saturday 9-3pm.
This position reports to our Ashland, VA office.
