Howell's Heating & Air Conditioning has an immediate opportunity for a Sheet Metal Shop Mechanic. A candidate must have a minimum 10 years' experience working in a sheet metal shop, along with these other requirements:
Successfully passed Apprenticeship program, Mechanical Journeyman exam, or pass exam within 12 months of employment.
Mig Welding experience. Tig Welding experience or attend Tig classes.
Be able to read commercial mechanical blue prints.
Possess SMACNA Construction Standards knowledge.
Computer proficiency a must to enter fittings into Vulcan plasma cutter.
Fabricate and properly install multi-blade dampers.
Fabricate and weld roof curbs.
