Your responsibilities in this role - Performing all necessary internal and external audit assistance - Carry out special projects upon request - Perform data entry, prepare inventory records and reports, and address documentation discrepancies - Chiefly accountable for counting, classifying, and maintaining a considerable inventory of items - Oversee material received to determine irregularities, inspecting articles and rejecting defective ones - Enforce day-to-day system practices in a strict and efficient manner; uphold Company policies - Interacting with internal business partners to deliver excellent customer service
- Primary experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) preferred - Background in inventory preferred - Comprehension of Inventory Management Software desired - Familiarization with logistics records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills - Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast paced environment - Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required - Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases - Inventory experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
