This is a very nimble, fast moving company, and their Project Engineers are essential to the success of their projects, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will be a degreed construction professional with the proven experience, appearance and presentation skills necessary to effectively work with their existing and future clients.
This position will work hand-in-hand with an experienced Construction Project Manager and Project Coordinator, as well as coordinate with the Engineering and Design teams on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
In collaboration with project managers and field management, you will provide engineering and business support onsite for commercial construction projects.
Provide technical engineering information to project managers and field management as required, ensuring work performed onsite meets design and quality standards.
Manage, develop, and submit RFI's, O&M manuals and other project documents.
Maintain project submittal information and enter purchase orders.
Schedule equipment and material and coordinate with vendors.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Engineering Management (Degrees in Structural Engineering or Electrical Engineering are acceptable for experienced Project Engineers).
Previous work experience in the construction industry - specifically working with technical details or documentation (RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
